“Happiness” Classes at Adult Academy

Edina Community Education is sponsoring TrueYou’s 3-class series “Different Kinds of Happy,” http://www.edina.k12.mn.us/community/adult/pdfs/catalog_fall08.pdf (see page 6). Along with co-instructor and twin brother, Dave, John will explore new ways to live happier and stay happier. Participants will examine their current happiness levels and how they can maximize the inner attitudes and outer behaviors which generate happier emotions, with input from experts in the fields of psychology, biology, sociology, and philosophy….all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
